    • Quality Assurance Process - Review NCR report verse commissioning delays and issues raised and closed out;

    • Suppliers - analysis performance with on time supply, warranty claims and project feedback;

    • Communication - Clarify the forms of communication used and if they were effective, project personnel and management feedback plus communicated recorded via emails, directives and meeting minutes.
