• Resource Investigation by ensuring due diligence is completed throughout the various resources investigation stages so that the final capital decision can be clearly and accurately quantified:

  • Resource Identification, within regional target area - ensuring a preliminary investigation has been completed with clearly defined location and potential resources have been initial mapped and highlighted within the target areas;

  • Landowner Engagement, including Access Consent Agreement - ensuring property owners have been engaged and consent agreement completed and executed before any onsite work activities have been completed;

  • Geotechnical Drill and or Test Pit Program - Implementing a total Project Management Schedule and Program Coordination from supplier engagement through to drilling and or test pits results being completed including geotechnical reports;

  • Quarry Development Application - From initial access and drill notification through to DA and or ERA 16 approval including all necessary applications and permits;

  • Quarry Planning - for all Greenfield operations plus quarry extension, initial mining planning incorporating project quarry designed based on annual production targets being achieved;

  • Business Case Coordination & Completion - assisting and completing a comprehensive   business case with clear Pay Back and NPV’s covering tailor to suit individual companies and or small business guidelines and or procedures

• Asset Management

  • Mobile & Fixed Asset Research - Purchasing including Capital Justification providing companies and small businesses with focused on achieving the lowest possible market capital price for a single and or major fixed or mobile assets through, vigorous research and negotiation skills whilst completing a comprehensive business case.

• Operational Management

  • Productivity Review -covering all production areas to complete the final product, benched marked against industry standards to highlight improvement areas for productivity gains and reduce stockpile costs;

  • Quarry Management Mentoring Program – set on Companies and individual companies needs so to get the best out of their current personnel capabilities;

  • Rehab Coordination – Project Managing all aspects of rehab from initial scope of works, engaging contractors and overall project management to completing plus ongoing monitor of works so that to achieve final hand over;

• Estimate & Compete Tender Submission Process

  • Estimating Support and Bid Strategy -  ensuring a professional submission has been tendered based on an accurate estimating and substantial review process aimed at Winning Work or getting to the negotiation table.
