• Action Learning - Solving real problems that involves taking action and reflecting upon the results, which helps improve the problem-solving process, through implementation of primary and secondary rigor based on not defining an end solution before the actual problem is known and understood;

• Back to Basic - Reviewing basic business fundamentals against the business pre-expectations per item, setting clear actions for improvement with set closeout dates including forward cost saving budgets with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that can be set for personnel performance and senior management objectives and targets.
